These are the notes for the Struts 2.0.14 distribution.

Struts 2.0.14 is a bugfix release for version 2.0.12, which, among others, provided important security fixes for the vulnerabilities described in S2-003 and S2-004.
Struts 2.0.14 fixes two bugs introduced with the fixes for S2-003 and S2-004, keeping the FilterDispatcher from serving built in static resources, and keeping conversion error messages from being displayed.

All users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to Struts 2.0.14.
