These are the notes for the Struts 2.0.13 distribution.

Struts 2.0.13 is a bugfix release for version 2.0.12, which, among others, provided important security fixes for the vulnerabilities described in S2-003 and S2-004. Struts 2.0.13 fixes a bug introduced with the fix for S2-004, keeping the FilterDispatcher from serving built in static resources.

All users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to Struts 2.0.13.
